The Organisation is a 32 Year Old Establishment which had undergone a Journey from its inception as Partnership Concern to its current status as Pvt.Ltd.Company for the Past 15 Years.


The Principal Architect T R Palaniappan had graduated in Architecture from the Country’s one of the Premium Architectural Institutes, School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai -600025 in the year 1990 and is highly experienced in the fields of his choosen practises ,socially vibrant, widely travelled, responsible citizen, family oriented and keenly interested in history, culture, traditions and similars.


The Team within the Organisation comprises of well qualified and trained set of Architects and Engineers at various levels backed by an efficient set office administration staffs.

The Organisation has to its credit number of projects executed all over South India as well in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and few projects out of the Country too.

The Organisation has expertise in offering services to establish various multi disciplinary projects of various natures and scales in varied kinds of site contexts.
